Re: Hey [%target] Whatcha Playin'?

Yeah, I think the only PvP metagame I ever really enjoyed was WoW Battlegrounds, and I think it was because the people who thought the matches were about killing the other team were usually the easiest to beat. the best place to fight in AB is the roads because thats where I get the most kills Inc ...

Topping it off is the Elder God Tier Villain having a readily apparent fatal flaw in being a Patriots fan.

Re: The Ever-Expanding Worlds of Warcraft

Are we doing this? I'd be lying if I said I weren't enjoying not currently being lost in an MMO k-hole* but playing WoW with LB is hard to say no to.

Re: Not All Men's Sky

Hmm, that actually sounds like it's turning into what I wanted it to be (a warmer, more casual Elite: Dangerous) instead of Yet Another Survival Crafter. Thanks! Maybe I'll check it out.

Re: Let's play Dragon Warrior III: you mean they made a sequel to that one game with all the instant death monsters?

I like the idea of Fighter/Merchant/Pilgrim to start, though I'd say you'd want your final party to be Soldier/Fighter/Sage. Bikill is great, but a lot of the final bosses dispel it. IIRC Fighter was easily the MVP of those last fights because they all have huge defense her crits ate through like bu...

Re: GOP Will Shit Itself

I can't find it offhand, but I seem to recall linking to a Frank Zappa interview some years back where he made a similar criticism toward Libertarianism: he noted that the Libertarian Party supported giving land back to indigenous tribes, but also opposed imminent domain, and that of course the two...

Reminder: Anthony Kennedy sucks, has always sucked, was always going to retire during a GOP presidency, and we're better off without him.

Re: Rooty-tooty point and shootys

That's what I'm asking? I'm mean, I'd hazard a guess I know more of the US Constitution than many random rednecks or trolls, but I'm hardly an expert in American constitutional law. Medical privacy is governed by statute (HIPAA) and can be amended by the same. More importantly, mental health profes...

I think there was a Sega CD Snatcher?

The original Lunars are different but I consider the PSX ones definitive. YMMV

Re: Essential Games By Platform

Also, for Sega CD: I think you could maybe make the case for Night Trap as an historical oddity, but as far as quality games I think pretty much the only one that didn't have a better version on a later system was Dark Wizard.
