I've had a raging headache for a fair amount of the day and didn't really pay it any mind until about an hour ago when I remembered that I hadn't eaten some my lunch break at work.
Which was at about 3:15 AM.
Whoops!

Re: Netflix and Kill Me
I just finished watching it and Bal pretty much summed up my thoughts. The show was really rough at first and as a somewhat Iron Fist fan, it was incredibly frustrating to feel like it was plodding along while wanting it to be amazing. I expected the whole situation with Rand would only be a couple ...

Super Mario Bros. 2006!
I would not be surprised if Nintendo throws references to the Mario movie into Odyssey because this kind of setting seems like the optimal place to do it.

Re: Unforgivable Sins of Game Design
Can't you just make a sandwich and come back when it's done? Like Grath said, there's the mid-credit stingers, which are fine in movies, whose credits don't drag on long enough for me to destroy Namek. Granted, I could've just as easily looked it up on Youtube, but Sakurai look out cutscenes for th...

Re: Unforgivable Sins of Game Design
I just finished Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and holy shit, those credits. Not being able to skip or speed that shit up is the worst. I was flashing back to Assassin's Creed 3 for a while.
I appreciate all the fine people who bring me games, but still. I don't care THAT much.

Re: Blizzard Presents:Pixar's Monday Night Fortress [Overwatch]
So last week I enjoyed some OW with Lyrai and we had a good time stomping about in Dorado. Didn't involve any super salty Lucios though.

I try not to get too excited about anything, but goddamn, I need MvC4. I need it like Jameson needs pictures of Spider-Man on his desk.

My love should now be free, available and perhaps too tame for him.

Oh shit, that's right. A friend code would probably be good if people wanted to make use of my Bravely Default/Second stuff.

Re: Game musings and news
Someday, I hope someone also makes a genuine co-op Mega Man. I could go for that too.
In other news, it seems the rumors of Kojima leaving Konami over disagreements with the CEO on the future of the company (read: CEO wanted to push mobile) gained more credibility.

I'm hoping that online co-op is a yet unseen stretch goal for Bloodstained. I mean, I'll take local co-op, but there is that whole thing with being an adult and having friends close by.

Re: Comics for People who Don't Read Comics
Um, because comic books constantly kill off popular characters? They just did a Death of Deadpool story like three years ago. Mood-swings and the occasional funk and attempt to kill himself have been part of his character for...pretty much as long as he's existed. I mean yeah you've got a point abo...

Re: Comics for People who Don't Read Comics
It feels like Marvel is trying to kinda sorta downplay X-Men and Fantastic Four (which isn't hard, since FF has a difficult time selling) until they can get rights to make the movies back. I can't think of much reason for them (temporarily) killing off Wolverine and Deadpool. I don't mind though. I ...
