Re: Oh shit, what are we gonna do now?

If this jackhole is allowed steal money for his idiotic pet project, as I understand it there's nothing stopping some other jackhole later on from circumventing congress to pass legislation that's actually popular with the majority of voters. Ya know. I'd call our national healthcare system a crisi...

Re: Oh shit, what are we gonna do now?

So the spurious declaration of a bogus state of emergency obviously has the potential to take the US across another red line, a really big one, if he's allowed to get away with it. One HOPES that the Democratic majority congress will do everything they can to rescind the declaration (as I understand...

Those that work forces are the same that burn crosses. 1096146130931347456 The texts, obtained by WW through a public records request, show that Portland Police Lt. Jeff Niiya had a friendly rapport with Gibson, frequently discussing Gibson's plans to demonstrate in Portland and even joking at times...

Re: The Many Poisonous Animals of the Amazon

I'm actually really disappointed about this, I was ready to see just how much damage teamsters would end up doing there. From the article: Some unions supported the deal, and even those who had been opposed appeared willing to work with Amazon if the company agreed to not actively work against the ...

Re: A Holiday Appears!

As with most classes many of our kids bought a commercial pack of Valentine mini-cards, a significant proportion of which are superhero themed.

I'm not really sure who thought it would be a good idea to design packs like these which included a large number of Thanos-themed cards.

Re: CHAT DUMP (and Quotes)

I think my midlife crisis started about six years ago, though on the bright side it's been dissipating for a few years now, especially since I decided what I actually wanted to do (and am already half-doing as it is). In any case, I think 50 is the true crisis age now. We can keep hiding under the t...

It's not just a "google translate error" as some are claiming, by the way. The wording is a transcription from a youtube video on Bibi's official channel which has since been pulled down.
