It's not actually clear he has the authority to do it, and the White House has declined to make any comment in response to querstions about the tweet. It is, however, another example of the kind of monstrous person he actually is.

Arizona, while it may be argued is a form of nightmare naturally, is a stable nightmare on solid bedrock. No earthquakes, very little to burn down.
