Re: Weather

Oh, hey, I hadn't visited the boards in a couple of weeks mostly due to the fact that I was saving my bandwidth to use during this month during which I'm staying in sunny Kissimmee, Florida (right under Orlando). There were articles at the start of the week in the local newspapers with headlines ask...

Re: Game musings and news

The Milkshake duck thing isn't about the wolfenstein trailer, as you can see on from the date on the tweet zara linked. It whoever applies very well to the milkshake nazi from the wolfenstein trailer

Basically both the corn cob tweet and the milkshake duck tweet existed long before today.

Re: Samurai Back

The problem really is that Jack is like 70 years old right now while Ashi is maybe 20 if you want to be generous. If I wanted that I'd be reading Twilight. It's very icky. I was full on board with Jack dying by the end and Ashi taking up the mantle as a better trope to use, but they had to make it c...

As better people than me have pointed out, it doesn't matter if it was lawful, it's still isn't a thing that should be happening.

Re: Blizzard Presents:Pixar's Monday Night Fortress [Overwatch]

A well coordinated team would also probably do better with a good zarya than a good Sombra any day. Like just the first two minutes are sombra getting a jump on enemies unloading a full clip and then retreating to camp her health pack as she fails to get a kill. Later on sombra hides behind a box as...

Re: Blizzard Presents:Pixar's Monday Night Fortress [Overwatch]

Yeah, the ctf mode is completely awful right now because they just retooled the existing maps for it instead of making maps designed for it.

Re: Blizzard Presents:Pixar's Monday Night Fortress [Overwatch]

The problem is that sombra is just a very shoddy tracer, and tracer was already a spy-scout combo since her ult can be a one hit kill if placed properly. Sombra also has the problem that unlike tracer she doesn't have a self heal either. So no damage, no self healing and an ult that relies on teamwo...

Re: Blizzard Presents:Pixar's Monday Night Fortress [Overwatch]

Sombra gets a highlight on low health enemies, so she can actually secure a kill if she seems them moving towards a health pack for example, which brings us to the next point in that she's has a pretty good advantage when fighting on top of health packs against low dps characters. The problems is th...

Let's not forget the musings about making it totally legal to run over protesters marching in the streets, because that's a sure sign that the rule of law is working perfectly fine.

Re: Pros and Cons of Punching a Nazi Just Square in the Dick

Most importantly I am not looking to avoid conflict just because it would disrupt my life, because I want to preserve some comforting status quo. Far from it, if I have to go out and take punches, I damn well will. What would it take for you to go out and punch a nazi then? Like at this point they ...

Re: Pros and Cons of Punching a Nazi Just Square in the Dick

At the end of the day Spencer only got punched and that was it, like on the level of things that are well deserved for nazis a punch is on the very low end of the scale, so yeah, it's very unambiguously good that the guy got punched.

Re: Pros and Cons of Punching a Nazi Just Square in the Dick

You do realize that Trump himself has been the one saying all the stuff that should trigger a punch by your definition and nobody has gone and done it. Also nazis won't go around throwing the first punch but they will sure as hell go for the jugular first, I'd like to see you be the one to goad them...

The Brexit vote was a nondbinding referendum that people didn't take seriously, because it was a nonbinding referendum, it's very very far away from being the will of the people.
