Huh. The first episode is included on the Blazing Saddles Special Edition DVD and it is terrible (I do remember there was one good joke in the half-hour; the rest was dismal). I always assumed it was a pilot that didn't get picked up because it was bad; if they never actually intended for anyone to see it, that...certainly explains a lot.

I like that making a show that's so terrible AND (*ahem*) "problematic" that no one will air it is simultaneously an inadvertent tribute to BOTH Blazing Saddles and The Producers.

But that pilot really is awful. Wheew!

How fleeting are all human passions compared with the massive continuity of ducks.

This Wiki page is amusing me all out of proportion to any real humour value it might have: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_food

1869: Hippolyte Mège-Mouriès invents margarine,[67] winning the prize offered by Napoleon III to invent a suitable substitute for butter. The original substitute however used beef suet rather than vegetable oils.[68]
1886: Canada bans margarine.[68]
1960: The invention of the potato water gun knife revolutionizes the potato industry.

So there's the old joke about an idiot online asking about the weight of a hard drive when full vs. when empty. Haha funny, cue laugh track.

Turns out that this is not a stupid question! A full hard drive is actually heavier (a very very tiny bit heavier).

This is both amazing and dumb (but mostly amazing - wooo physics!).

I believe solid state drives reverse this and become lighter as you put numbers in them. This is why you should have one for each spinning drive in a balanced build.

A bunch of scientists with entirely too much time on their hands made a vampire apocalypse calculator.

Vin Diesel taught Judi Dench how to play Dungeons & Dragons on the set of THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK and she went on to become DM for her grandchildren
