OH Hey thanks.

yeah this last year has been probably the most stressful year ever. got laid off with no severance, had to find a job in less than a month and a house in less than three, and because that was TOO simple, decided to have a baby as well.

Hopefully this year will be duller.

I pulled pretty much every favour I could. Got about three months of cheap housing and storage from my wife's friends in exchange for various favours and some of the office furniture. Then I sent an email to every gaming company I found a email address for in London, and I -still- required a recommendation from my ex-boss to get my current job. (There was another offer but I didn't trust the company's stability.)

I'm still mostly living hand-to-mouth, even with the small help Eversion sales provide. But things are at least stable.
