The thing I like about that is that a bunch of Orcs just immediately accepted it because even though they're Orcs and probably not big into being super open minded homo queer trans gay, that doesn't matter because she killed a fucking dragon and now she gets to be whoever the fuck she wants.

Ashiok, Andro Weaver and Xantcha, "I started as a sexless construct and now present as female" are also examples of genderbender mtg stuff, but as pointed out, Ms. Smiles at Death is the first confirmed for Brawl mtf trans.

Ars: Military court: Army must not refer to WikiLeaks leaker Manning as a male;
Manning says that an institutional bias "assumes that trans people are deviant."

"Reference to appellant in all future formal papers filed before this court and all future orders and decisions issued by this court shall either be neutral, e.g., Private First Class Manning or appellant, or employ a feminine pronoun," the US Army Court of Criminal Appeals ruled Thursday.

A positive step.

Well, sort of. It's a joke at the expense of people who won't serve gays at pizza joints in Indiana because God told them not to in a dream or whatever.

It's not like a gay joke like uh

what do you call two gay guys in a zoo

meow

ok I just made that up right now

Ha, no, that's what I meant. It was just, kinda weird. Caught me off guard, I guess.

Nobody ever mentions Biden, does he actually do anything? ...I think I asked this question a few years ago.

He also is super creepy around women, and advises people to fire a double-barreled shotgun into the air to scare away intruders.

Admittedly, that WOULD scare away intruders.

Ireland passes gay marriage, by direct ballot, by a 24-point margin.

Ireland. A country that's more Catholic than the US Supreme Court.

So is June 26th going to be a future holiday in the US or what? Three of the biggest rulings have have now taken place on that day.

Nah that's just how the SCOTUS works now. They HAVE to have it done by the end of June so the last week of June gets all the "we are going to wait until we can't wait anymore" votes.

"ask the nearest hippie" appears in Scalia's dissent

the whole thing reads like a 12 year old posting on a MMO/game forum, whining about a nerf

it's amazing
