Didn't know whether to put this in quiltbag or here, but reasoned that some of those who work forces, and rape children in cages, also beat asylum seeking transwomen and leave them for dead in cages.

Reading between the lines: she was already raped and beaten in her home country by the local drug cartel's barrio goons, the ICE agents were just finishing the job. Punched in the face repeatedly, kicked in the stomach and head, whipped across the back with electrical cords or rubber hose, all while handcuffed inside a cage. Then when she didn't recover, sent to hospital to die of "AIDS".

The ICE personnel were probably just taking out their frustrations on her because they couldn't gang rape her without having to fill out an infectious exposure incident form.
