Assuming I could do the job competently enough, there are enough benefits of being a "made" man to go with the Cosa Nostra, circa 1940s or something. But "competently enough" is the key phrase here; if I were to start mob-enforcing right here right now, I'd most likely get my head blown off, either on my first mission or by my bosses after screwing up my first mission.

The safest mob enforcer job I could take, then, would be for a Saturday Morning Cartoon mob that, like, steals candy or something. I'd make sure nobody else would take our turf's candy, and then Donatello or whoever would come up and punch me in the face. Then I'd go to jail for a bit, until my gang broke me out and save the writing team from having to come up with a new low-level mob enforcer. A pretty good life, all considered.

What feature have you never, ever seen in a video game ever, but would love to see?

A game that actually legitimately accounts for your kill count. If you walk down the road and kill every thief you see you can't be a good character. Even if you walk into a fort of slavers and slaughter all of them, freeing all the slaves than while some characters may recognize you as a hero or a fierce warrior, most towns would not want you in their walls, seeing you only as a threat.

And absolutely no one saying "what the hell is that" to a demon in a cutscene when you've killed hundreds of them before that point.
