All Brontos can now sustain up to 4 injuries without dying, (up from 3) and injuries only reduce checks by 4% (down from 5%).

Tough still increases max injuries by 1.

This was done to somewhat extend lives, mitigate injury stacking fucking you over, and nerf Tough. (Only increases effective HP by 25% instead of 33%.)

Also, if we only get 11, You could probably join in yourself, Friday? Since all information is public, it'd probably be fine and fair. Or maybe that's too much work?

I suppose I should detail how Alliances work:

While in an Alliance, you move as a single unit. You cannot split up for any reason.

You hunt and look for water separately, with each member failing or succeeding as normal.

While the rest of the alliance is hunting, you may sleep. However, the rest of the alliance will be off looking for water/food, so they cannot protect you. Any non-allied Bronto can still find you while asleep and, assuming you don't wake up (50%) either attack you (automatically inflicting an injury (70%) a serious injury (20%) or instant death (10%), ignore you, steal one of your items (on a successful sneak) or wake you up to enter Confrontation (presumably to offer alliance.)

You track and move to other locations as a single unit.

This means that if you want to move or track, the entire alliance must spend its turn doing so, with no added chance of success when tracking. (however, if you succeed, you will gang up on the target.)

Any member of an Alliance may betray, which automatically causes an injury (70%) a serious injury (20%) or instant kill (10%) to any/all of the rest of the alliance, at the betrayers discretion. If two or more members of an alliance betray at the same time, they can injure each other.

A betrayer uses the rest of his turn to move to The Open.

Betrayals, like everything else, will be posted publicly.

If your alliance comprises the only living players, it will automatically be split up and all members teleported to The Open. You may then make smaller alliances from the members left.

Members of an alliance may freely trade items and weapons outside of combat.

There is no Allied Victory.

Communication rules:

Brontos are not allowed to talk to other Brontos in thread or outside it, unless they are allied.

The only public posting will be if you want to appeal to sponsors (i.e. asking for specific items).

Keep in mind sponsors cannot send you specific weapons, only one random weapon.

Because I am making this up as I go, it's very possible some situation not covered by the rules will occur. In this case I will draw upon my years of GMing forum games and tabletop games to vengefully destroy you make a ruling to resolve the situation.
