Everyone that is dead is dead by the rules made available so far. Characters without Hero Tiers are done for, characters with Hero Tiers had either a heroic or just death.

So Power Nap has started updating regularly again once a week and has kept this going for about six weeks now (minus a Christmas break, but they actually said they'd be doing that and mostly resumed on schedule).

Okay, but understand a big chunk of that was losing her hosting because she upset a Tumblr Community and got hounded off Tumblr, and having to rebuild the entire site.

The website was down about a week, with half of that time everything being hosted on a tumblr. The vast majority of the time was actually getting the second kickstarter online and opening a store.
The real kicker though is that it was also mostly filled with "updates resume X" posts with that date bringing either 1) nothing 2) another news update about how there may be a drawing livestream at some point. Or 3) one small update followed by long silence. One of them was literally 1 new panel. I feel like it had to be some kind of bug with the auto posting system.

Cucumber Quest theory time: Rosemaster is pretending to go along with Glitchmaster and will betray it at the end of the chapter and will vaporize herself, giving her Disaster Stone to Cucumber in the process. She's loyal to The Nightmare Knight, through and through.
