Weird Al at the Emmys.

Warning: you will no longer be able to hear the Game of Thrones theme without hearing "Faster, write them faster, write them faster, write them faster."

I am not at all sure that George enjoyed the joke, but he had the good grace to play along at least.

Well, I mean, he's gotta be about as tired of jokes about him not writing fast enough as Dave Chappelle is about people shouting "Rick James!" at his standup gigs.

Does he shout 'Phallum Argonis' at the end?

Not sure if you're making a joke I missed, but presumably it's valar morghulis ("All men must die," a motto from GoT).

And if you ARE making a joke I missed, yeah, apparently he doesn't actually watch the show.

My buddy in San Diego just saw him a few weeks ago and adored the whole thing. He did this exact thing, where they filmed him going around the city and entering the concert, finally walking on stage.

Yeah, that's been his standard opener this tour - he did the same thing earlier this year when I went to see him. Also fun was that they had clips of various pop culture references about him during the breaks between songs while he was changing costume or whatever.
