Yes! Although mine is the later KB-3923, to be specific, rather than the US-made OG Model M. I think mine dates to roughly 1998-99? The main difference is mine has two Windows keys (between the Alt & Ctrl on both sides) and a 'Menu' key (between the right-hand Windows key and R Ctrl).

I've done a full breakdown, wash, & wire re-greasing similar to that once, though I didn't touch any of the actual electronics other than to get at the key bed. Also did just a full key removal & cleaning a couple times.

I'm also using that exact same adapter (the full cable one), lol.

I have a model M. My friend Brad and I snagged it in our high school computer class.

One time we found an "M" keycap lying on the floor and decided we were going to replace all the keys on the keyboard with the letter M. (This was a complete coincidence; we didn't know it was called a Model M until many years later.)

We never did succeed in finding that many M keys (though we found quite a few, enough to replace all the F keys and at least some of the number row), but we did rearrange keys on the board to spell out things like "HOJU" and "FETUS", the online handles we were using at the time.

One time our computer teacher was using our station, looked down at the keyboard, and muttered "Morons." under his breath.

We took the M-board home at the end of the year (who else would want it?); Brad had it for a few years but eventually gave it to me when he moved out of town. I don't use it for anything (I've been a Microsoft Natural guy since the mid-'90s) but I still have it.

The dedication to finding the two keys with homing bumps sells it.

Yeah, that was an early snag we hit, realizing we couldn't replace F, J, or the numpad 5 with Ms, and part of why we ended up with "HOJU" and "FETUS" in the home row.

Okay, the newer Leslie Nielsen series of these is great.

I'm not saying an hour of this is actually worth watching (god knows I didn't), but I think you guys should know this exists.

I don't know anything about TES and I still think this is funny as fuck. I can't even imagine how funny this would be to someone who's up on the Lore.

Doing an interview like this with all the rambling digressions about history and religion is EXACTLY in-character for Dagoth Ur, and that definitely got some chuckles out of me.

This is really old but I can't stop looping it today after running into it again, dammit.

I spent much of the day trying to remember the words to this particular looping audio sample that I had stuck in my head.

SOMETHING, THE SOME-THING (something, the some-thing) SOMETHING, THE SOME-THING (something, the some-thing)

Finally, I remember: it's from this stupid video (from the people who brought you A semi-alphabetical listing of black actors etc etc), which has apparently insinuated its way into my subconscious.
