I just finished Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and holy shit, those credits. Not being able to skip or speed that shit up is the worst. I was flashing back to Assassin's Creed 3 for a while.
I appreciate all the fine people who bring me games, but still. I don't care THAT much.

Can't you just make a sandwich and come back when it's done?

My best friend beat Metal Gear Solid 4 while hanging out at my house and we missed the mid-credits nonsense because we did just that.

Like Grath said, there's the mid-credit stingers, which are fine in movies, whose credits don't drag on long enough for me to destroy Namek. Granted, I could've just as easily looked it up on Youtube, but Sakurai look out cutscenes for that very reason I wanted to make sure there wasn't a second one or quitting out early wouldn't cause my PS4 to burst into flames or launch the disc at me.
Re: Unforgivable Sins of Game Design
Yeah, there's really no reason for any game's credits to last longer than one of the Lord of the Rings movies'.

Boy I'm getting sick of this trend of your party members scolding you if you try to explore instead of going where you're told.

You know, Falcom, configuration files are not save files and should really not be stored in the same directory as my save files. Makes it kind of a bear to sync my saves across multiple devices that don't all run at the same resolution.
