Wuh... buh... you can't do anything on it except games yet. They say Netflix and stuff is in the works, but for now they don't want it to be thought of as just another tablet.

Being just another tablet is their best bet at this point.

It was a good Breath of the Wild machine. I hear I should probably be getting Arms and Mario Kart 8 Super Alpha Deluxe Strike Edition, but unfortunately there are no cool roof parties out my window so there's no one to fucking play them with.

It was only because I happened to be there already, but I discovered that there are probably people to play Switch games with at your local fighting game tournament scene.

I own Zelda for Wii u and mk8D is too much of an investment right now, especially since I already bought the dlc.

And I have Shovel Knight and Isaac on pc.

Honestly, I bought a switch because I was able to. This was the first switch I saw actually hit the shelves. I talked to my friends in the stores around and they only last on the shelves for a few hours and get stocked every 6 weeks or so. I want to play Splatoon 2 when it comes out next month so this was probably my best chance.

I bought it now because chances are, I won't see one again in the wild until the Q3 holiday push.

Yeah, that's very much the boat I'm in right now; keeping an eye on shelves and budgeting to pick up a Switch sometime in the next few months just so I'll actually have the thing once Mario rolls out.

Okay, that's actually pretty smart. I did have a bit of trouble finding one when the one game I was interested in came out.

Yeah, I got a Wii back when there really wasn't much for it except a Zelda game that you could have gotten on the previous console, too.

So apparently GameStop got shipments at many stores this week and immediately tied them up into obnoxious bundles with good games + crap you don't need for a minimum of $450.

But if you ask politely and firmly insist that you're only interested in the console and no games or accessories at the moment, there might be some unattached ones hanging around. COINCIDENTALLY my friend code is 3233-5618-7509.

Also Splatoon 2 is excellent and when I popped into Wal-mart on the way home today to pick up a few things forgotten in a grocery run, they had the original Inkling Girl amiibo on clearance for four bucks (the boy was still 13??) so now I'm an ikawaii schoolgirl.

So... Do Switch Friend Codes go here, or the 3DS Friend Codes thread? I figured I'd ask here as every post in 3DS Friend Codes has an actual friend code in it. (Also, I tried a search, but it just pulled a CHAT DUMP post that had nothing to do with Switch Friend Codes.)
