take fitness too serious

Postby renataly » Wed Nov 26, 2014 7:07 am

Hi friends, I’m 17 years old, about 5’6” and weigh about 160 lbs. I work out, I eat Healthy, and I drink lots of water. I was wondering although I keep myself really healthy, is it bad to like eat junk food once in a while? I’ll admit there like a day or two where I exercise, but I also stuff myself with food. I don’t want to take fitness too serious. Should I slow it down? Is it okay to eat unhealthy foods at times?

It's perfectly fine for humans to have a cheat day once in a while.

It's not recommended for robots though. Sugar caramelizes in pneumatic joints.

These bots are not advertising anything.

I think they're just lonely.

Yep, there it goes. I could really use a home runway to go with my private jet and/or supermodel harem.
