Yeah I'm with Kazz, seemed like you were outing yourself there.

Oh my mistake again, Niku also has never been tested. But if you want to live, then getting yourself tested human seems like the best way to go about it, no? This "I'm already dead" attitude seems like it's coming from someone who never considered that possibility.
Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
Test away. It's just a waste of a test. If there's anyone left to burn me, they'll have to burn me tonight or tomorrow, anyway.
And I am super serious about being a thing. Because I'm a super serious person when I have no reason to give any fucks.

If he tests human we know that Sharkey's a Thing, and vice versa.

Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
Niku has the most votes for testing at 3.
The blood sample from Niku's thumb leaps straight up in the air, screams, then puts on a little tophat and starts singing Hello my baby, hello my honey, hello my ragtime gal while it diagonally struts out of the room.
"I... I think that means Niku's a Thing," you say.
Night roles.

Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
If there's another flamer out there, and they burn me while I burn Niku while Niku tries to turn me, how does that actually resolve?
Since this is a somewhat novel question, I'll answer it in detail here:
Flamers move first, and at the same time. After both their kills resolve, Things move.
This means the following:
Flamers can kill each other in the same night.
If a flamer kills a Thing who is going to assimilate but is killed by the other flamer that same night (as in your question) then the Thing dies without assimilating.
And, to reiterate: As long as one flamer is left, it doesn't matter how many Things are alive, it's still theoretically possible for the flamer/innos to win as long as the flamer always kills the Thing that's coming for him/her.
Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
Niku is melted down in the night.

Kazz was flailing around a lot yesterday.
Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
Still human. Out of bang sticks.
Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
If there was a turn last night (we essentially gambled with a Sicilian, ya get my drift), then Sharkey turned someone other than the other flamethrower. Unless we figure out who that is, we probably lose tonight.
I have no way to convince you that it's not me and also not to use the wire on me. I'm a pretty great turn target and I have been all game and I'm sincerely upset that I was never turned because I would love an invitation to the winning team right about now.
I'm not voting yet.

Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
We still need to test Sharkey.
Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
Alright, so, I have something to talk about:
Due to my futzing with the rules I believe I have tilted the game balance in favor of the Things. I could just let the game conclude, but I hate to suck all the drama out of a game.
Therefore, as much as I despise rule changes mid-game, I'm going to make a blanket change now. I hope you all can trust my judgement on this matter as an unbiased moderator.
The vote test now instead results in a kill. Going forward in future games, Day 4 and beyond will have the vote-test result in a kill.
The wire remains unchanged.
This is a buff to the innocent team. It's possible for them to vote-kill their own weapons now, but overall this is a huge buff. Again, I apologize for rule-changing mid-game. I have done it in the past a few times, but only when I truly believe that it will improve the quality of the match.
Also, I don't want any discussion of this rule change outside of how it impacts your strategy right now. Any discussion of whether this was warranted or not could reveal your personal bias (and therefore your team) so, please delay discussion of that type till the game concludes, when I will be happy to hear your opinions swearing at me on the matter.

Alright so Sharkey either already was a thing, or is a thing now after publicly claiming flamer.
Re: What a terrible night for a Thing (Thing 6)
Honestly I know who I'm going to test but I kind of want feedback before I do.
