Seems I'm late, but I had a really strong argument for Seath. Out of all the horrible people in Dark Souls, Seath is the only one that is completely and utterly selfish and cowardly by any measure or line of logic. While even Gywn can be seen as ultimately good intentioned but incredibly foolish, Seath betrays his entire race to save his skin and further his research, and while I'm not going to say that Dark Souls characters give you a "fair fight," your first encounter with him shows that he's particularly shameless about saving himself.
