Mario Macker

Postby Spram » Sat Oct 17, 2015 12:33 am

Hello kids!

I bough Mario Maker because I liked it.

Here's a code for one of my levels, you can find my other levels by checking my profile. I recommend "Puzzling House" because.

Here's the code: 68D4-0000-0094-AB67

I also made a level called "Mario's Prostate Exam" which I haven't uploaded because it's very lame and kinda dark (and probably medically incorrect). You start by going into a pipe coming out of a giant pixelated Mario's butt and go into a underground level and find a "tumor" (glowing question blocks) and there's coins that write "It's cancer". That's it. No enimies or anything.

There's also this guy: 98A8-0000-004A-0F1F (not me but I like his levels)

Post your level codes here or just talk about levels you like or how you're not buying a WiiU just for this game and how SMBX is better.

I made this one that's, like, a music level, but you actually play it instead of it being automatic.

Hey I just noticed that when you go to your own profile page on the bookmark site it shows a list of your Wii U friends who play Mario Maker. Is that new?

You played the original, inferior Gruesome Grave instead of the vastly superior 2.0 revision! Maybe I oughtta just get rid of that thing.

Also, we are friends now.

I also wish I had downloaded this game instead of buying it on disk.

I really like your levels, Spram.

You get faster load times in XCX if you have the disk and some HDD space, since free DLC lets read from both sources simultaneously.

Newbie I had to cheat and download your Cruelty and Secrets level to find the secret to finishing it. I think that means it was too hidden.

If Nintendo had meant for us to be able to finish Mario Maker levels without looking at the blueprints, I'd have finished a 100-life Mario run on Hard by now. I'm just returning to the community what the community's given to me.

I made another level.

Well, I made a bunch of levels, actually, but this one's actually good. For once, the secrets and tricks are actually optional! I was able to complete (almost) the entire thing without using the Run button!

So, if you're still playing this: go under the overhang.

Hey bisches, we have skewers and keys now. I made a new crappy level with them and learned a few things:

1. You can only put 5 red coins on each sublevel but you need to collect all of them to get the key. So if you put 5 red coins in the first sublevel and 3 in the other sublevel, you'll only get the key if you collect all 8. Kinda lame, but it's better than nothing.

2. Skewers work as you can imagine, pretty neat. So it's time to get skewed. I'm so going to get skewed up my butt.

oh of COURSE the fucking 3DS version doesn't allow for the downloading of levels via code

i mean why would nintendo make something online-related straightforward, EVER

Yeah, I bought the 3DS version as well, only to discover that it has essentially no online play. I pretty much only used it as a reference to rebuild my Wii U levels whenever they got kicked off for too few players. Anybody know how Miiverse shutting down has affected this? I assume it just means nobody can comment on levels anymore, but depending on how interwoven those systems were, Mario Maker online may be completely gone. I haven't had the nerve to test this yet.

It still works. 3DS 100 Mario challenge is basically unchanged, while on Wii U there are just no comments any more. I was worried about this as well and checked as soon as Miiverse was shut down.
