Re: Election 2024: The Quest for Peace
Speaking for myself, but it's hard. I try to be a good little 21st century boy and try not to assume the worst in people. There's gotta be more to my brother and boss besides being totally pigfucking racist, no matter how many times they declare loud and proud their support for a rotting January jac...
Re: QUILTBAG
I was going to share about how a Pennsylvania middle school cut windows looking into its gender-neutral bathroom for "safety," but in looking to confirm which state it looks like they've hastily boarded the windows up. It's not mandatory genital inspections of children, but I think I can s...

Re: Election 2024: The Quest for Peace
It feels like some straight-up Trolley Problem stuff. Either the death that's already happening will continue, or the death that's already happening will continue plus a whole lot more. It's hard to express how much I wish there was another way, and I have to believe it's possible or I'll go crazy. ...

I was thinking the same, yeah. I'm sure it's already been said a thousand times in a thousand different ways, but yeesh I thought Palin was bad.

This looks like good news to me: Infowars to be liquidated to help pay the Sandy Hook parents.
I don't know how this will end or what it'll do for the brobdingnagier picture, but I have to take the wins wherever I can get them. Otherwise, what am I even doing here?

For what it's worth, Unit 01 seems to be having a blast. At first I thought they were a friend of all living things, like a little Saint Francis. But watching them now and how excited they get over getting nqw monster echoes, I think they might also be a budding warlock.

I'm sure I've said it before, but try replacing the words "cop" or "police" or any other such title with "some fucking guy with a gun." Do that and tell me I'm wrong. I'm sure I've said this before too, but I wouldn't trust these dipshits to play nice with my Nerf guns,...

Re: Pros and Cons of Punching a Nazi Just Square in the Dick
JD, baby. Listen to me, love. A problem with lying to people's faces and admitting it is how people might then ask themselves "well, this pretty-eyed pile of butt hair lies with the same ease the rest of us show in making a peanut butter sandwich. What else could he be lying about?" That g...

As a wise poster said: don't let someone tell you they don't like a female character for being whiny, self-centered, and never listening. Because those traits also perfectly describe Han Solo.

I've read at least two articles today examining the differences between this episode and JD Vance's couch-fucking meme. Similar in that they're fake-ass stories and everyone knows it, but one is punching up at a rich politician and the other is punching down at migrants. And I don't think any school...

Damn, I thought the sunrise was suspiciously orange this morning. The Line Fire (huh, it's already got a wiki article?) broke out near Highland in San Bernardino last Thursday. And judging by the fire map, it's... within two miles of my older brother's house in Running Springs? So that's cool.

I'm a little reluctant to drag someone just for being an armored cosplay dork, probably because that was me at least once upon a time. Like, once I was wiki-walking about combat sports and landed on the page for dagorhir, which had this guy as one of the top images. My knee-jerk reaction was "w...

Re: #Tell Friday
For me, I've always been attracted to both genders at roughly equal rates. I'd say I tend to find myself thinking "wow, that person is hot" more frequently at girls in my day to day life, but honestly I chalk that up to two factors; the first being that women get displayed as hot more oft...

I'm trying to imagine an archeologist 3,000 years from now, sifting through the strata that used to be my junk drawer and trying to figure out the value of a sheet of half-finished Riven notes.

Hell, my little brother and I liked it so much we tried recreating it in real life with little goods made from polymer clay. Beads, little spice jar-like lumps, and even a few smudged tapestries. Fast forward a few decades and my kids dig out a piece or two from the old Lego bin sometimes.
