The fastest way to stop them is to remove them from existence. Encouraging them to continue doing this to themselves is not only a lot funnier than raising an army to capture and guillotine them, it's a lot more feasible too.

Believe me, the guillotining thing would be much better for sending a message, but I'll take what I can get, and who am I to complain if it comes with a side order of tasty schadenfreude?
