IIRC, Twisted Metal 2 was one of the games with the music on CD tracks 2+, so you could pop it into a CD player, skip the data, and listen to the soundtrack directly. X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter also had that configuration, which I used to listen to Star Wars music.

Voting for Suikoden 2 on account of it being someone's favorite game ever.

Voting for Klonoa on account of it being one of the finest platform games ever made, taking a limited skill set and wringing absolutely everything they could out of it. It can be a little bit chatty like a lot of PSX games of the time, but the payoff at the end is worth it. The extra / secret levels are wonderful. It begat the later GBA games, which are more puzzle-platformers than the original but are equally great.

Suikoden 2 is bad and smells bad and you should feel bad for liking a game that's so bad that nobody could even buy it because it was bad until they had to poop it out of a butt onto the digital store.
