I may as well remind you of the rules for alliances:
Now that you're in one, you and Kazz are free to talk as much as you want, on irc, in pm, email, whatever.
You move and track as a unit. You can sleep and hunt for water/food separately.
You cannot split up as long as you remain in an alliance.
You cannot "guard the sleeping guy." If you both sleep, anyone who finds you may inflict auto-injury/kill on both. If one sleeps, the other is gone for the fight, off hunting.
If you are both hunting, anyone who finds you finds you both. Even if one is hunting for water and one is hunting for food.
Yes, none of that makes sense. GAME BALANCE
You may now trade items as you see fit. You cannot do this during combat.

Tweaks are coming in.
Already I've noticed several things that need to be addressed, so:
1. The max injuries is now 3 again. (4 kills you.)
(Niku is healed for 1, and is still 1 injury away from death.)
2. If you are caught while running and attacked, you cannot run for 2 rounds instead of 1. (Your pursuer gets 1 free attacks, then 2 rounds of normal combat.)
3. If an offer of Alliance is made, and the other person runs, he does not learn that Alliance was offered. This isn't a change, just a clarification.

Frocto walks into Beat's camp... and runs.
Beat chases him... (50%) and catches him just outside of camp.
"You done fucked up now," Beat says, brandishing his knives.
Whirirlrirlrir. (35+8+3%) He nicks Frocto's cheek. (47 rolled.)
Frocto raises a hand and dips his finger into the blood and stares at it.
Yo Froc, you gonna nade some bandits? You're stuck in combat for two rounds.
(Also, Beat, you could yourself run at this point now that your free attack has been used and you're facing a possible Nade. Both of you PM intentions.)

Basically, you'll need to specify what you do if your opponent runs when you give me an action. (unless you're running yourself.)
I made a thoughtless assumption that Beat would want to chase Frocto if he ran (I don't know why I made that assumption) which he didn't want to do. He was only attacking if Frocto was.
So since the fault is on my end, I'm rewinding and Frocto just escapes, with Beat choosing not to pursue.

Night 1 (A 10% penalty to all non-combat actions is in effect except sneaking, which is now 10% more effective.)
Newbie goes to sleep at The Lake. As he has no jacket or fire, he is at 40% risk to take an injury from exposure. But he curls into a ball and stays warm.
Mongrel moves to the Cornucopia.
Mizore searches for water. (25%) But finds nothing.
Mothra searches for water. (25-4%) He finds puddle, but, having no way to carry the water, can only prevent thirst from accumulating this cycle.
Laserbeing tracks Niku. (30+10-20%) He tracks that wily cakeman down! Confrontation.
Niku goes to sleep! Having no fire, but a jacket, he runs a 20% chance of taking an injury from exposure... but doesn't.
Frocto uses his medkit to cure his serious injury, care of one Esper-R-Mona, and then hunts for food. (25+20%) He finds and kills a Deer! Deer fuckin' all over these woods.
Beatbandit sleeps through the night. Having no fire or jacket, he's at 40% risk to take an injury... and does. Ouch, that cold has fangs.
Grath sneaks to The Lake.
Romosome sleeps through the night... with no fire, or jacket, he's at 40% risk. But his fur keeps him warm, of course. He receives a blinking package with a grenade inside. There's also a note: "Use this to fulfill your destiny."
The Klazzic Alliance attempts to track down the wily Niku. Kazz rolls... (30-20%) and fails. Classic rolls... (30+10-20%) and succeeds! Kazz also pockets his Grenade, alongside a note: "best place to watch duck dynasty"

Grath has encountered a sleeping Newbie at the Lake. He may attempt to inflict an injury, (50% chance Newbie wakes up) ignore and just steal one free canteen from the Lake, or roll his sneak check (60%) to steal any item he wants from Newbie. Failing either roll will force a normal Confrontation.
Laser has found a sleeping Niku, but so has the Klazzik alliance. Meeting just outside Niku's camp, this encounter will be resolved first.
Grath, Newbie, Laser, Kazz/Classic, send me your actions. (Niku, you too, since you'll be confronting somebody.)
