God.
Holy Grail is definitely more nerdy on the face of it. Nerds worldwide were EXCLUSIVELY drawn to it. No other group was affected.
But, Roger Rabbit is like the most lovingly-made movie about a universe where Loony Tunes cartoons co-exist with our reality, with two distinct yet rigidly-followed rules of physics, motion, etc. The sheer attention to detail is some Star Trek-level nerd-blasted fantasy-book world-building.
Gonna go with Roger Rabbit.

Well, yes. The animation director for that film was Richard Williams, whom you might remember as the madman behind The Thief and the Cobbler.

I will still defend Holy Grail as being hilarious, but naw son.

2. Monty Python and the Holy Grail 6
7. Who Framed Roger Rabbit 6
We've reached the stage where I no longer feel comfortable breaking ties (in most cases) so I'll advance both.
Anyway, it's time to move on to the semi-finals!
