I love that cat ability where a tabby and calico mate and you'll get one copy of each plus two sub-post office black & whites from who knows where.

I love how all cats are basically the same and the scale of cat you can form a bond with is purely down to your piercing damage reduction and healing factor.
I grew up near a local wildlife park that was horribly badly run in retrospect, socialised their lions with way too much human contact. I did greatly enjoy watching the cub I helped teach to hunt string stalk oblivious tourists around the open pit of adolescents and leap for their dangling camera straps all the same.
Happily, it's been taken over by conservationists with actual science learnin' since then.

So what I'm hearing is that Friday, with her glistening impenetrable carapace and acid blood, should have befriended the mountain lion that broke into her garage that one time

Well, in spite of their size, cougars (and lynx) are technically still part of the "Felidae" subtree of the cat family, of which housecats and their various wild analogues form the majority of the species (the other being the Panthera, which is basically all the big cats).
Then again, whenever I play 7D2D, cougars are suicidal lunatic murder machines who move entirely by bouncing around the terrain like a rubber ball and like to pick fights with really big tough zombies. And if I can't trust a video game made by a bunch of guys who call themselves "The Fun Pimps" to inform me about wildlife, who can I trust?

I'm pretty sure starting a buddy road trip movie with the local tomcat cougar is an excellent idea with no drawbacks.
BUT is Friday even a cat person tho?

I said it in #finalfight a couple days ago and she didn't argue at the time: asking whether Friday likes dogs or cats is like asking whether she likes inhaling or exhaling.
