Not a hotkey story, so much, but one of my last good WoW memories was picking of allies in their zeppelin in Deppholm then having my wired keyboard lose half the inputs. So I'm stealthed in the corner with allies running around looking for me, crying to jox and mali over vent while I pluck off key caps and brush all the crap out.

cata/pandaria were definitely my favorite times in WoW though; that was when the game really stuck with me after dabbling in the prior releases

for me it was 100% wrath/cata, I actually got a rogue to near BiS (both pve and pvp) in wrath. Lots of fond memories from that era, mostly from fucking around or specific pvp encounters, both in world and in bgs. I skipped Classic Wrath and Classic BC entirely because I was so fucking mad at Blizzard/Bobby Kotick, but now that he's out and also a bunch of the other rapists have left, I feel it's okay to give them money again.

Still fucking pissed about their fascist bootlicking during the whole China arc, and while I haven't forgiven them for that horseshit, it is hard to find a company these days that does not suck down a whole bucket of fascist dick at the slightest opportunity.
