Once in awhile I'll click Submit and it'll bump me back to the beginning of whatever thread I just tried to post in. No error, I'm just back at the beginning of the thread and my post didn't show up.

If I'm being honest, "get a job" was out of line.

Other than that, I offer no judgement, either to condone or condemn. You're in a shitty situation, you have to make a judgement call as to how to respond (including "do nothing"), you make the best call you can in the moment and people are going to be pissed off no matter what that is.

That's what I'm thanking you and Mothra for. Not for any specific decision or outcome, but for putting up with the sheer headache of having to deal with it at all.

I have made an executive decision to remove "width=100%" from the webm video HTML tag, because I got fukkin tired of every post in the #tell friday thread being twice as tall as my laptop screen.

if the people complain enough, I will consider rolling it back;
if there are no complaints, I might check to see if the other media tags need something simlar

No, that's awesome. Those embedded videos being way oversized annoyed me too and I kept thinking about asking if there was anything we could do to fix that.

Did this un-happen? Cause I just embedded a video and it's way too damn huge
Or maybe we just need a "max-width=90%" for in case the video is naturally wider than the post div?
