Re: CHAT DUMP (and Quotes)
I've always maintained that Friday has never been a gamer girl. It's all just one big misunderstanding.
She's actually a gay mergirl and whoops, there she goes, swimming off with somebody's girlfriend again

Re: CHAT DUMP (and Quotes)
This is quite possibly one of my favourite descriptions of comments sections to date:
Shortened to "A little scroll through any random comments section is a vertical toboggan ride into hell", makes for a perfect aphorism (undecided if "intellectual" is superfluous or not).
A little scroll through any random Facebook comments section on the matter is a vertical toboggan ride into intellectual hell.

<beatbandito> ArcheAge is ultimately a game where 1) someone in your raid will be posing for selfies during a boss, and 2) you can kill them on the spot for it
<beatbandito> and I feel like the intersection of those two builds is what makes it work
<Sede> that is intensely korean
<beatbandito> if I recall correctly that was the cause of the korean war

<fmm> To me the worst thing about The Irishman was how much it ignored/retconned the canon of the Leprechaun franchise

Re: CHAT DUMP (and Quotes)
<Doug> "Vincible" really should be a common word.
<Doug> The root is "vincere," to overcome, which gives rise to what you hear at the end of Nessun Dorma: "Vincero! Vincero! Vincero!" or "I will win!"
<GyantSpyder> "Vince Lombardi" could be roughly parsed as "Conquest of the War-Beards."
<GyantSpyder> Or, if you go with Middle English anti-foreigner sentiment, "The Cowardly Bankers Win."

<Friday> Romo
<Friday> I too have a bad hyperbole habit
<Friday> like for example I was once describing you to a friend and I said "he's pretty intelligent"
<Romosome> yeah I once mentioned you and said "a really wise person I know"
<Romosome> instead of "this huge blonde lesbian"
<Friday> "huge blonde lesbian" is a much more apt description of me than any other possible description
<Utsuho> Giant Blond Lesbo From Outer Space
<beatbandito> Friday is a female himbo
<Romosome> Giant Blonde Lesbo From Paradise
<beatbandito> But not a bimbo
<Utsuho> Did Tim Allen's character go through Chrimbofication in The Santa Clause
<BongoBill> a female himbo should be called a herbo
<Friday> shimbale
<Romosome> no, he was already a Timbo
<Kishi> You are all banned.

<fbm> pressed on it Microsoft admitted the next one is just called Xbox with series x as the first model they've shown, not sure if I'm glad to have called that 6 months ago or not
<Brentai> Ugh I can't even silence a spammy log message in this thing without breaking it.
<Brentai> Also I think X-Box's branding team is completely high.
<Brentai> Meanwhile at Sony an executive turns around in his leather chair and says to a long desk full of old men, "Gentlemen, Playstation... Five" to a round of sensible applause.

<Checkbox> That moment when Facebook recommends someone in a fursuit as a friend, and you can't remember whether it was the person who saw you get tied to a rack while naked in a dungeon
<Kelvandil> Can't say I've been there, I don't use facebook.
