That's a new feature in Chrome which tells you that the password you just used has been in a data breach. If it's unique to here we should worry. If it's shared with other places you should worry and change it everywhere you use it.

It's a throwaway password mainly for forums and the like where I assume someone can read it in plaintext, so I guess this was the plan all along if no one else is impacted. If I start posting ads about russian sex videos you can assume everything is fine as that is my normal habit.
